- STANDARD COURIER VIA QXPRESS: Complimentary Standard Courier is provided as a value-added service. Your item will be shipped out and placed with Qxpress within 2 working days. Tracking number will be provided to allow you to track your order every step of the way. Qxpress will make 2 delivery attempts. In the event of 2 unsuccessful deliveries, your item will be returned to us. It will typically take 3-4 working days for your order to reach you. Please kindly select the earliest delivery date available if you like us to prepare your order immediately. Otherwise, please select an indicative date if you like us to ship out your order at a later date.
- SCHEDULED COURIER: Your item will be shipped out by The Carpet Shop Delivery Team on the date of your choice. Scheduled courier delivers your order on your preferred day and within the time-slot you have chosen. It is available from Monday to Friday with the following timeslots, i.e 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm to 6pm or 6pm-9pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm (excluding public holidays). Surcharge applies for delivery after 6pm, delivery on Saturday and delivery to restricted areas* (including Sentosa Island).
- SELF COLLECTION: Self pick up at our Tagore warehouse.
